Bedwars
One of the first, yet still one of the best minigame made. It created by Cube craft, bedwars also known as eggwars by some servers. Many have watched and played this game. To play and watch it, they used different types of technologies. This auto-e-ography was one of the first assignments we did yet it still reflects on our lives. This post was about my usage of technologies over the years before this course.

Technology, as I see it, is anything that is man-made that is designed to help make things easier for everyday life. Throughout this post, I will refer to technology as electronics instead of everyday items such as clothes or forks.
Technology has been a part of my life since a very young age, as have many others. Around the age of three is the first time I remember using technology. My parents didn’t always have the time to watch over me so they would put me in front of our old tv and give me a couple of toys to keep me occupied. They let me watch tv often as long as I was on kid-safe channels as I wouldn’t be a bother to them. Something that they nagged about was not to be too close to the tv and to keep the volume low so I wouldn’t disturb the people living above us ( at the time we used to live in the basement area of the house). I learned a lot from watching tv especially from shows like Wild Kratts. If my parents had to leave the house for work and my sister was busy with other things, they would drop me off at a friend’s house. I was shy so I didn’t talk to them that much and instead I would watch tv.
After we moved to another house we also got a laptop that had decent specs at the time. I loved playing various games when my dad was done using it. After a while, my dad just used his computer at work and I was the owner of the laptop. This laptop helped me with a lot of projects that I had in school as my handwriting was bad and I would lose marks because some teachers would think I misspelt words. My grade 7 teacher knew the importance of technology and let us take the computer lab key whenever we needed to use it. He let us do most assignments online but he was strict with plagiarizing work.
My favourite technologies would be laptops, phones, tv as I’ve used them a lot in my life. My least favourite technologies are software that requires you to pay to get access to all features they have. For example for Grammarly you must pay to unlock the majority of features. People that make softwares like this have to get paid somehow, thus it is justified.
Humans rely on technology for everyday things but sometimes I think we rely on it too much. A couple of kids are addicted to technology and because their parents don’t discipline them properly they end up extremely spoiled.
